Monday 2nd November 2015
Hello, welcome back.
Remember last week we told you about the Halloween Disco that was on Monday night 26th October? Everyone had a great time, there were prizes for the best costumes.
Fancy dress entrants. Really scary bunch, especially when we turned the light off!

Still on the Halloween theme, the disco on Friday afternoon was a huge success. The whole place was buzzing with 'Spookiness'. Chris and Deacon did a fantastic job of DJ'ing for us.

Next up is PUDSEY update. Our Children in Need event will be on Friday 13th November. There will be a Disco, Quiz, Raffle, Cake Sale, we're also trying to persuade someone to let us 'splat' them, well it is for a good cause!
You could bake us some cakes or donate a raffle prize everything will go towards Children in Need.
Also, do you have any ideas for a fancy dress theme? See Laura in Team 4.

We have news about our Special Olympic Ten Pin Bowling team, they are travelling all the way down to Sheffield on Saturday 14th November to take part in a tournament. They attended the same event last year and were very successful, coming away with lots of medals.
We would like to wish them luck for this event and we're sure that they will do Gateshead proud again.

Autumn/Winter
You may all have noticed how nice the weather has been lately, unusual for this time of year. It's important that we remember that it is November and the weather could change quite quickly and become cold, wet, windy, foggy and even icy. Please don't forget to make sure that you have suitable clothing and footwear on at all time so that you are prepared for any sudden changes.

"Remember, remember the 5th of November!"
Bonfire night.
Last week we suggested that a safer way to watch fireworks would be to go to an organised event. We did some research for you and found a list of firework displays in the Gateshead area. This information is available on the council website.
